About Us
FreeLee Integrated Health Wealth (FIHW) is a holistic mental health care practice that produces quality conventional and holistic products, care and services to aide in intervention and prevention of health disparities. Evidence connects health and human behavior and outcomes. Therefore, services are provided to treat the needs of the whole person; mind, body and spirit, so individuals learn techniques that increase understanding of self, healing and love of self, to thrive in families, communities, workplaces and other relationships. Services take on evidence-based, strength-based, trauma-informed, spirituality-based, and educational approaches. Services are developed to be efficient and effective, to produce sustainability and quality of life, and to contribute positively to life expectancy.
Mission statement – Inspire best practices through integrative evidence-based prevention, intervention, and holistic options that establish patient trust while curating inclusive health equity, increased access to care, and mental and physical wellness for quality of life, sustainability and healthy choice making.
Company policies – Healing is always at the forefront. Preventing burnout is imperative. The office is closed one full week, monthly, so Practitioners and Staff have space to themselves to recharge and handle personal affairs. The office honors all major holidays, including Kwanzaa and Juneteenth, and will not be open for business annually, on each date.
Executive profile – Dr. Watson-Freeman, Natural Wellness Director, Owner and Practitioner of FIHW, has been in patient and client-centered care for 23 years. Her background includes, but is not limited to, pharmacology, nursing, human and social services, mental health and substance abuse services. She is a Prevention Specialists, Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Family Life Educator, Life Coach, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner/Herbalist, Certified Mindfulness Trainer, Health Coach and Ordained Wedding Officiant.
Executive profile – Ms. Jones, LPCMH, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. She is the Mental Health Clinical Supervisor at FIHW.
